CERDP Study Days on Arbitration
The Centre for Studies and Research in Private Law (CERDP) and the European Court of Arbitration’s International School of Mediation and Arbitration in the Mediterranean and Middle East are running two study days on the topic of Arbitration on 9 and 10 December 2011.
Both days will consist of lectures and debates, with the following topics as examples:
- Arbitration Agreements
- Arbitral Procedure and Appeals
- The European Court of Arbitration
- Arbitration and Changing Methods of Dispute Resolution
- Arbitration and the European Convention
- The Status of Arbitration Following the Reform of 13 January 2011
- Evidence and Due Process in International Arbitration
The symposiums will take place at the Law Faculty of the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis in Nice. Access is via Avenue Doyen Louis Trotabas or Avenue Emile Henriot.
The cost is 45 € per day, to be submitted with your registration form, which is available to download from the CERDP website.
Each day counts as part of the Continued Professional Development requirements (6 hours per day attended) and an attendance certificate will be available on request.
