“The Reform of Arbitration”
Dalloz Formation is organising a presentation on the “Reform of Arbitration” on 7 June 2011 between 0900 and 1300.
This morning presentation will be led by two respected experts in the field: Thomas Clay, Professor Agrégé of Law, Dean of the Faculty of Law and Political Science at the University of Versailles-Saint Quentin and Director of the Masters in Arbitration and International Commerce; and Alexis Mourre, Vice-President of the ICC’s International Court of Arbitration and partner in the law firm Castaldi-Mourre.
This morning presentation will give an understanding of the new conditions for validity of arbitration agreements, the rules of arbitral procedure and new methods for serving awards, as well as the available recourse against awards.
