IAI Conference – The Role of National Courts in Support of the Arbitral Process

The International Arbitration Institute (IAI) is holding its next conference in Paris on 3 February 2012 on the topic of ‘The Role of National Courts in Support of the Arbitral Process’.

Topics to be discussed include the jurisdiction of national courts to assist the arbitral process, and specific areas in which national courts will assist the arbitral process.

Speakers will include lawyer, judges and professors from a variety of jurisdictions, and there will be opportunities for comments and discussion.

The presentations and discussions will be held in French or English, but there will be simultaneous translation.

The conference will be held at Cercle de l’Union Interalliée from 8h30 to 12h30. Lunch is included and will follow the conference.

Attendance costs 420 € for IAI members, 240 € for academics and 540 € for other attendees.
