2025 French Arbitration Reform Proposal

Following the work of the task force on the reform of French arbitration law, chaired by François Ancel, Justice at the Cour de cassation, and Professor Thomas Clay, a number of proposals have been put forward to enhance the legal framework for arbitration in France.

This reform project was presented to the wider public during Paris Arbitration Week, at a conference opened by the Minister of Justice, Gérald Darmanin.
