Annual Conference : Which Status for Arbitration in Europe ?

As part of the 3rd edition of Paris Arbitration Week, Paris, Home of International Arbitration, with the participation of Université Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne, is pleased to invite you to its annual conference: “Which Status for Arbitration in Europe?”

The annual conference will take place on Tuesday, 2 April 2019 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Salon de l’Hôtel des Arts & Métiers, 9 bis avenue d’Iéna, 75016 Paris. The conference will be followed by a cocktail reception.

With Brexit around the corner and the Achmea decision, arbitration in Europe is under the spotlight. Eminent professors and arbitration practitioners will address the latest developments in arbitration in Europe from both a political and a legal standpoint.
