As part of Paris Arbitration Week, the AssociationFrançaise d’Arbitrage, Paris Place d’Arbitrage, and Sorbonne Arbitrage are joining forces to offer you an exceptional conference!
This symposium, opened by the Minister of Justice, Gérald Darmanin, will provide insights into the findings of the working group tasked with modernizing French arbitration law, chaired by François Ancel, Justice at the Court of Cassation, and Thomas Clay, University Professor.
The results of the group’s work will be presented by the project authors themselves, and you will have the opportunity to discuss and debate with them.
