During this dinner, which will take place on June 25 at Bistro Volnay, you will have the opportunity to attend a discussion between Paul Giraud (Associate Professor at the University of Poitiers) and Basile Zajdela (Lawyer at the Conseil d’État and the Cour de Cassation), moderated by Marina Matousekova (Partner, TALMA Dispute Resolution) and Daniel Mainguy (Associate Professor at Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University).
This dinner-debate follows in the footsteps of the event organized by Paris Place d’Arbitrage, together with the Association française d’arbitrage and Sorbonne Arbitrage during Paris Arbitration Week, which had already provided an opportunity to explore and comment on the draft reform.
